1. Bathing caps are mandatory for all swimmers.
2. Please be sure to shower thoroughly before entering the pool.
3. Kindly remove your shoes in the pool area.
4. Please do not bring food or glass in the pool area.
5. Please do not run in the pool area.
6. Please do not spit in the pool area or gutters.
7. No gum please.
8. Please throw garbage in the receptacles.
9. No hanging on the lane ropes.
10. Please do not wear T-Shirts or street clothing in the pool. For Women's Swim, please adhere to the attire policy posted.
11. Use of toys or floating devices are at the lifeguard's discretion.
12. No splashing or rough play in the pool please.
13. Any child 8 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult over 16 years old.
14. Please do not play with pool equipment or lifeguards' chair.
15. Please do not distract the lifeguards.
16. Dive only in the deep end and not from the sides please.
17. After third warning you will be expelled from the pool.
18. One short whistle - look at lifeguard.
19. One long whistle - change of program.
20. Three whistles - exit pool immediately.
21. Adult free swim. All persons under 16 years old must exit the pool.
22. Please use the courtesy telephone, not the lifeguard or emergency phones.
23. Please return the flutter boards and other equipment when you are done.
24. Please use the atrium to watch your kids during lessons.
25. The emergency exit must be used in any fire evacuation. Please exit the pool area and changing room in an organized and efficient manner. Please listen to lifeguard's directions.
