Members may enroll in any program or course by telephone or on our website (using a credit card), or in person at the Y branch located nearest you.
The Y is well-equipped to suit your needs, whether you are a recreational exerciser or fitness fanatic. An extensive selection of facilities and programs, and highly trained staff, are available to help you meet your goals. Exercise in one of our state-of-the-art fitness centres equipped with cardiovascular and strength training equipment; or take a brisk walk on the indoor track (Ben Weider). Play basketball in one of our gymnasiums; or swim laps in our pool (Ben Weider). Work one-on-one with a personal trainer; or join your friends in a cutting-edge fitness class.

Membership at the YM-YWHA Montreal JCC is subject to the rules and regulations established for the Y by its administration and is non-transferable.
If both parents are Y members in good standing (regardless of category), each child 17 years and under, and full-time university students up to 25 years old are eligible for a Y membership at a nominal fee of $15 per year (proof of eligibility required). Children (up to 17 years old or full-time university students up to 25 years old) of Gold members receive a free Bronze membership. Also applies to single-parent families.
Upon completion of a membership agreement form, we will provide you with a membership photo ID card. As a new member, you will receive your ID card at no charge. You will be asked to swipe your membership ID card when entering the Athletic, Fitness and Health Services checkpoint.
The YM-YWHA Montreal JCC does not refuse membership to anyone due to financial inability to pay. If you need financial assistance for membership and/or programming* please come to the front desk and fill out an application form.

CODE OF CONDUCTThe YM-YWHA Ben Weider JCC (BW JCC) aims to provide a considerate environment for all people using and working at our JCC. The BW JCC expects all persons to behave in a manner consistent with this policy while using or working at our JCC. The laws of the Province of Quebec including the Human Rights Code apply to how the JCC conducts its programs and services and equally apply to how staff and members behave while using our facilities. The BW JCC reserves the right to suspend the membership or guest privileges, or to remove from the premises any Member or Guest, who:
- AIDS OR ABETS IN THE UNAUTHORIZED ENTRANCE OF A NON-MEMBER;
- IS PHYSICALLY OR VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO ANY MEMBER OR BW JCC STAFF;
- KNOWINGLY DISREGARDS ANY BW JCC RULE OR REGULATION;
- DELIBERATELY CAUSES DAMAGE TO ANY BW JCC PROPERTY;
- USES PROFANITY WHILE ON THE PREMISES. Please report a breach of any of these rules immediately to a staff person or Manager-on-Duty.
