Description: Open to individuals who have had a myocardial infarction or who have symptoms recognized as factors to coronary artery disease (e,g, angina pectoris, high blood pressure, ...) The objective of the program is to improve the cardiovascular fitness of the individual up to a level where the participant eventually would be able to participate in a regular program. Available to YM-YWHA members only.
