Developed for dance lovers who want to discover the body’s capacity for movement through the discipline of ballet. For those with previous dance experience this class offers a chance to hone the finer points of technique. The goal is to develop balance, alignment, strength, flexibility, focus, grace, and most of all body awareness through ballet technique. Open to all levels.
