This course prepares and trains you in the design and delivery of safe and effective conditioning classes for large groups. The different training activities include group muscular conditioning, group interval training and indoor cycling, or “spinning”.
You will learn how to build and teach multi-level group classes – skills that can make you more marketable in the fitness field, and how to apply science to class design.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age.
