Teen Fitness and Wellness Program
The program aims to help overweight or inactive teens incorporate healthy lifestyle practices into their daily lives through physical activity, proper nutrition and healthy life planning. Includes four hours/week of professionally led physical activity and exercise sessions, workshops and group outings.
