Our full-body assessment includes a postural and movement screening, therefore clients are properly monitored and safely led towards their goals.

Private Training

Private training is a fully personalized training method where a client and a coach work one-on-one.

Small Group Training

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi-Private training is a semi-personalized training session where one coach works with two to four clients.

PROGRAM DESIGN

Program Design is a fully-personalize 8-week program.  It’s created by a coach to help the client attain their goals within that time frame.

INBODY SCAN

The Inbody Scan is a comprehensive view of the body’s composition. Learn about your body fat, lean muscle mass, basal metabolic rate and more.

Club

ORIENTATION PROGRAM

All teens must complete an orientation program where they will be safely taught the basics of using cardio machines and strength training machines.
