This activity provides groups of adults with the opportunuty to share structured leisure time with their friends while being engaged in arts and crafts, table games, music, holidays and festival preparation and the occasional excursion to events in the community.

Long Description: The Marlene and Joel King Special Needs Department is a co-operative effort by the YM-YWHA and the Miriam Home to develop and deliver leisure and recreational services to children, youth and adults with special needs and to include them in life at the "Y". Participants registered in special needs groups are charged a membership fee of $45. Youth programs are affiliated with the Bronfman Jewish Education Council of Greater Montreal.
