Description: The Drop-In Centre meets on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the year, providing a warm welcome and varied programming to people with chronic mental illnesses who live in the community. Club Rendez-Vous is offered by the Y with the generous support of Federation CJA and Mazon Canada.
Long Description: The Marlene and Joel King Special Needs Department is a co-operative effort by the YM-YWHA and the Miriam Home to develop and deliver leisure and recreational services to children, youth and adults with special needs and to include them in life at the "Y". Participants registered in special needs groups are charged a membership fee of $45. Youth programs are affiliated with the Bronfman Jewish Education Council of Greater Montreal.
