 The Hebrew word Shoreshim means roots. In this class, our oldest pre-school class, each child will gain the confidence and skills that they need to begin planting their own roots.

Children will begin learning and understanding the values of respect, sharing and helping others. They will finish the Shoreshim program with their roots firmly planted in the ground ready for the many new experiences and challenges ahead of them.

For 2008-2009 admission to the Pre-school is limited.

Admission to the Pre-school is limited and based on a priority system established by the Pre-school committee. Children and their siblings in the 2006-2207 Pre-School and CPE receive first priority registration. All other priorities are wait list only. Priority 2 is given to children registered and attending the fall//winter session of early childhood semester courses. Priority 3 goes to a parent who is at Y member and Priority 4 is o pen to the general public. Please call for information, 514-737-6551.
