This program is sponsored by the Y Cyclothon and is based on the idea that « recreation is for everyone and that everyone belongs here at the Y ». Individualized program to promote the use of the Y’s facilities, to encourage individuals to develop their interest in physical activity, sports, etc. The person is accompanied by a « buddy » to ease the intetegration & support.
