During the orientation to familiarize themselves with the weight room, teens will learn to safely use equipment and become familiar with proper exercise form.

FIT FOR GIRLS
This program offers a wide range of introductory fitness classes designed specifically for young girls, all in a safe and fun environment.
Small Group Training exposes teens to the basics of fitness. Designed to improve strength, cardio, mobility, coordination and body awareness.
WEIGHT ROOM 101
This 6-week course will teach teens advanced weight training techniques to build confidence in the fitness center.
