A FREE virtual fitness program
February 22nd – March 29th, 2021

Over the course of this program, 48 members of the community, who are struggling with their mental health due to isolation, lack of physical activity and mental health issues, will have the opportunity to take part in structured exercise classes lead by a Y fitness professional.

Included in the program:

  • Two live fitness classes per week from one of our of our talented fitness instructors. Fitness classes will alternate between yoga, meditation, HIIT and more.
    Classes will also be made available On-Demand.
  • Admission into a private Facebook Group where members can interact with each other and share their progress if they wish to do so.
  • One weekly check-in with a certified life coach who will take the opportunity to present some resources to the participants as well as answer any questions.
