ABS – OLUTELY A class dedicated to strengthening the core and abdominal muscles to increase muscular strength, resulting in improved stability and posture. 90% of this class is dedicated to the deep abdominal sheath muscles which undergo moderate contractions sustained for a few minutes; this is key for the desired results: a more refined trunk and waistband.
HIIT/CARDIO TONING Watch your heart rate soar with multiple rounds of strength and cardio intervals using a timed work-to-rest-ratio format. This class will rev up your metabolism and boost your energy , all designed to achieve peak fitness while working at your own pace!
LATIN TONING Come and learn new dance steps to fantastic Latin and world beat music with the added element of strength training exercises.
TABATA This is a type of high intensity interval training. You will perform one exercise as fast as your form can maintain for a period of 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds recovery. This must be done 8 times nonstop. The total time for a Tabata is 4 minutes. Depending on the level of participants, the number of tabatas done in a class may vary.
TOTAL BODY WORKOUT This class is designed for anyone who wants to work on muscular strength, endurance, power & balance. A full body workout targeting all major muscle groups.
