As per the government’s on-going restrictions to curtail the rapid spread of COVID-19, our full facility remains closed until further notice.  This includes our fitness facilities, our gymnasium, our pool, the café and all onsite programming that we offer.

Memberships will not be charged while our building remains closed.

With schools opening next Monday, January 17th we are hoping that all will proceed well and that we will be able to come back together again soon after.

In the meantime keep an eye on your inbox next week. We will be making an important announcement regarding the limited opening of our pool and gymnasium, where members will be able to reserve times slots to access both according to government guidelines.

As per Quebec public health regulations please note that as of September 1st, the Sylvan Adams YM-YWHA is required by law to comply with the the planned vaccination passport roll out. As such, all people accessing our fitness, program and meeting facilities as of September 1st, will be required to show proof of their vaccination passport upon entering the building.   • Please note that your parking card will be reactivated upon renewal of your membership or when you sign-up for membership.
  • Locker rooms and showers are open.​
  • Towel service is now provided in the Health Club.
  • A distance of 2 meter must be kept at all times when inside the facility, including the locker rooms.
  • Masks must be worn all at times when inside the locker rooms.
  • Day Passes, $20 + tax per visit.
  • $10 + tax ages 17 and under.
  • No reservations required to use the facility.

  • Racquetball courts are open. You can reserve multiple 30 mins and 60 mins sessions as of 6AM each day. CLICK HERE.

  • The use of the gymnasium is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations are not required. Access gymnasium schedule HERE.
  • ​Please note that basketball net usage is limited to 60 minutes per person.
  • ​Familiarize yourself with all of our Access, Safety Measures and New Procedures, which can be found HERE.
  • Masks must be worn correctly (covering the chin, mouth and nose) when circulating throughout the facility. In the functional fitness space, the mezzanine, the cycle studio, the weight room and cardio room, masks must be worn when you cannot keep a 2 meter distance from others or when there is no plexi glass separation. Masks can only be removed when you are exercising on a machine or when you are exercising in your personal space at a 2 meters distance from others.
